No, registration is not necessary for all services but to complete application submissions you will be required to create a registration as part of the process

My email address has changed?

If you login with an email address that has now changed, you do not need to create a new registration. If you contact our Customer Services Team on 03 307 7700 you can lodge a request to update the email address on your existing account.

Can I pay for multiple applications, infringements or licenses, in one transaction?

Yes, once you added to your first transaction to your cart, just click on one of the items from the left menu to continue to apply or pay for another item.


How long will items be held in the shopping cart?

Items can be held for up to 72 hours in the shopping cart.


My session was disconnected

For security reasons your session is disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity. We recommend that you have all the necessary information and documentation prepared beforehand, to prevent any prolonged periods of inactivity.


Do I still need to fill a Building Consent form?

Yes, a digital version will be asked during the online process.


Do I have to pay?

Yes for a building consent or a LIM application. A payment is not needed at the time of the registration of a new dog, the fee will be confirmed by email and you will have the possibility to pay it online.


What I have to do if I can't pay online?
